The challenge of making a 2-story addition to this traditional brick colonial home work was coordinating the project’s many moving parts. A new kitchen and eating area extend into the addition space, connecting to a large new family room and rear porch. The second floor includes a new master suite and laundry room. The addition’s basement is finished for storage space and a ‘walk-out’ guest bedroom.
